The Faith City Ministries cooking staff works hard every day. They perform a number of tasks, which include meal preparation, cooking and serving three meals a day. They also prepare emergency bags of groceries for those in need of food. This service is called The Food Box Ministry.

Raymond Gonzales, Director of Food Services, oversees the Food Programs at Faith City Ministries. His duties include menu planning, inventory control, training, good public relationship with all food donors, and most of all a servant to all.

Our biggest challenge is food donations. We welcome all food donations; however, the larger needs are donations of poultry, pork, beef, and dairy products.

Faith City Ministries serves on average 325 to 340 meals per day. We welcome all who walk through the doors of Faith City Ministries. We feed all who are hungry. We give respect to all we feed.
